Ilya Kats is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Managing Director at EY and Vice President of Global Tax Reporting at Warner Bros. Discovery. Previously, Ilya served as Director of Tax Reporting at VICE Media and held tax manager positions at Everyday Health Inc. and Ernst & Young. Ilya holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hunter College.
