Inka Pirnes

Inka Pirnes serves as the Nordic Strategy and Implementation Leader for Talent Attraction and Acquisition at EY since June 2022, focusing on enhancing the Talent Attraction and Acquisition experience across the Nordic region through strategic projects and initiatives. Previously, Inka held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at EY Finland, leading recruitment for the EMEIA Financial Services Organization. Prior experience includes roles at Posti Group Oyj as Head of Talent and Talent Acquisition, and at Accenture, where Inka managed end-to-end recruitment processes while specializing in talent discovery for consulting. Additionally, Inka is a founding partner of NOMADeko Oy, offering relocation services for professional athletes and sports organizations. Inka holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Oulu.
