Ionela Titirez is a Country Lead for Moldova within the EU4Innovation East project and a Manager at EY Moldova. With over 17 years of experience, Ionela has coordinated and implemented complex, multi-stakeholder projects funded by the EU, USAID, and the World Bank, focusing on economic development, policy improvement, and the modernization of education systems. Since 2020, they have served as the Country Coordinator for Moldova’s eSkills and eTrade within the EU4Digital facility. Ionela's efforts have significantly contributed to the growth of the startup ecosystem and the digital transformation agenda in Romania. They hold a Bachelor's degree from Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei.
