Irina Grigor

Irina Grigor is an experienced organizational change manager with a PhD in strategic communications. They have worked at HCL Technologies as an Organizational Change Manager, where they lead change management activities, and currently serve as a Manager in People Advisory Services at EY. Previously, Irina held roles including Project Manager at the University of Helsinki, where they streamlined global collaborations, and Deputy Director at the Public Foundation “Media Commissioner Institute.” They also have a background in project management and communication from various organizations, including Internews Kyrgyzstan and Osh Media Resource Centre.
