Isaiah Hunter

Isaiah Hunter is a Tax Principal at EY, where they focus on international tax and M&A, developing tax-efficient acquisition structures and advising corporations on restructuring and repatriation planning. Previously, they served as a Senior Tax Manager, contributing to technical resources for the M&A group and drafting memorandums on complex tax issues. Isaiah began their career as an International Tax Intern at ITT Corporation and worked as a Research Assistant while earning their Doctor of Law (J.D.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from American University.
