Ivan Rakic

Ivan Rakic is the CESA Central Cluster Managing Partner at EY and served as the Country Managing Partner for EY Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia & Herzegovina. With over 22 years of professional experience, Ivan specialized in tax services, focusing on Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and International Tax planning, and has worked across diverse industries, including oil and gas, telecommunications, and automotive. Ivan has led numerous due diligence projects for private equity and corporate investors, ensuring high-quality coordination of tax services. Ivan received a degree from the University of Belgrade from 1997 to 2001.
