Jack Chan

China Chairman, EY Greater China Regional Managing Partner and EY Global Emerging Markets Committee Member at EY

Jack leads the financial services teams, providing audit, tax, consulting, and merger and acquisition advisory services to the region’s banking institutions, insurance companies, securities companies, funds and other financial institutions.

With over 25 years of professional experience in the financial industry sector, his area of knowledge spans from assurance and due diligence to other advisory services such as green bond issuance, sustainability review, internal control review, corporate governance, financial restructuring, GAAP conversion and risk management.

Since 2000, Jack has been providing advisory and audit services to China’s financial institutions with respect to restructuring, fostering inbound foreign investment and Initial Public Offerings. His international experience in the US involves research on internal control procedures of financial institutions and formulation of requisite audit procedures.

Jack has received an MSc in Corporate Finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
