How Jad is building a better working world

“Building a better working world is an ongoing commitment to improving the economic and social landscape. It’s not something we will or won’t achieve. We have to work at it as an ongoing process. And to be successful, all businesses must embrace a sense of curiosity, collaboration and creativity, which means inspiring people to have an openness to new ideas, solutions and ways of working. And EY is doing just that: reimagining the future of our business and that of EY clients.

I’m proud of all of our efforts — from investing in new digital capabilities to transforming the workplace and advocating for diversity — to help build a better working world.”
