Jakob Egan

Jakob Egan is a senior consultant within EY's AI & Data sector with over seven years of experience in physical AI and functional safety. At EY, they lead innovation and solution development for simulations involving autonomous vehicles, quadrupeds, and humanoids using the NVIDIA toolchain. Previously, at Argo AI, Jakob developed simulations for self-driving robotaxis, focusing on root cause analysis and route verification for a publicized demo. They have also contributed to the industry as a voting member of SAE’s ORAD committee and have spoken at Integrate 23 on system architecture. Jakob holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Michigan - Dearborn.
