James Corbett

James Corbett possesses extensive experience in reward and compensation management, with significant roles at prominent companies. Corbett served as Compensation and Benefits Manager at Pearson and BNP Paribas Fortis before taking on the position of Global Head of Reward for IT consultancy at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. In a consultancy capacity, Corbett was a Senior Consultant at Mercer and later held leadership roles including Global Head of Reward for Kantar Insights and Kantar Worldpanel and Consulting at Kantar. Currently, Corbett acts as Director - Head of Reward at EY. Educational qualifications include a Mathematics, Statistics and Operational Research degree from The University of Manchester, a postgraduate diploma in Actuarial Science from City University, and a postgraduate diploma in International Employee Benefits from the International Employee Benefits Association.
