James Stevens

James Stevens is a Partner at EY, where since October 2011, leadership in the Transaction Strategy & Execution team has focused on enhancing value and managing risk in corporate investments, including post-merger integrations and carve-out readiness across various sectors such as Private Equity and Defence & Aerospace. Prior to EY, James served as an Executive Manager at Detica, managing government accounts and delivering IT consultancy, and as a Consultant at IBM and PwC, where involvement included implementing technology solutions for telecom and energy clients. James holds a PhD in Astrophysics and a BSc in Physics from the University of Southampton, along with executive education from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
