Jamie Edge

Jamie Edge is a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions Partner at EY, specializing in business and technology sectors with a focus on education, training, edtech, and knowledge solutions since December 2019. Prior to this role, Jamie served as EMEA Head of Education and Training M&A at Activate Learning and held various positions at KPMG UK, including M&A Associate Director and Head of Education and Training M&A, during which extensive experience was gained in transaction management across multiple sectors. Jamie began a career in investment banking at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Exeter, complemented by foundational education at Brighton College.
