Jan Hinderer

Jan Hinderer is a Partner at EY, focusing on Climate Change and Sustainability Services with an emphasis on Sustainability Assurance. They previously served as a member of the EY Europe West Professional Practice Group, concentrating on Sustainability Reporting, and co-led the Sustainability initiatives in the Audit and the ESG Competence Center at EY Germany. With over 17 years of experience, Jan has a broad audit background covering IFRS, German GAAP, and US-GAAS, and has worked on various international projects, including group audits and cross-border transactions. Jan holds a Diplom Kaufmann in Intercultural Management from Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and has also studied Economics at KU Leuven.
