Jane Goldsmith

Jane Goldsmith is a Partner at Ernst & Young, where they have been since 2020, serving as a Managing Partner in Risk Management responsible for Enterprise Risk, Audit Independence, Compliance, Business Resilience, and Strategy Execution Assurance. Previously, they held the position of Managing Partner Talent for EY's UK Financial Services from 2015 to 2020, managing Talent strategy for 4,500 staff. Their earlier career includes roles as a Principal Consultant at PwC Consulting (1995 - 2002) and Director at IBM Global Business Services (2002 - 2005). Jane holds a degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge, which they completed from 1985 to 1988.
