Janelle Eustace

Janelle Eustace is currently the Talent Director at EY, with a robust background in employee engagement, relations, performance management, and talent management. They have served as a Senior Global HR Business Partner at EY since 2014, following their tenure as a Global HR Business Partner and Human Resource Manager with the same company. Janelle began their career as a Human Resource Officer at the Petroleum Company of Trinidad & Tobago from 2000 to 2005. Academically, Janelle holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of West Indies, alongside several HR certifications.
