Jared Malman

Jared Malman is a Managing Director at EY’s New York City Office, where they specialize in U.S. Federal Income and State and Local Tax for mergers and acquisitions. With extensive experience in transaction advisory services, Jared advises clients on due diligence and structuring for various corporate transactions. They earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from The George Washington University, a Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to their current role, Jared held positions at PwC and Ernst & Young, contributing significantly to tax management in the M&A sector.
