Jason McGrane

Jason McGrane, ASA, is a corporate finance professional with a specialization in business enterprise valuation, equity, and asset evaluation. Currently serving as a Principal at EY since July 2022, Jason has a robust background in providing valuations for various applications, including financial reporting, tax compliance, litigation support, and corporate restructuring. Prior to this role, Jason worked at Ernst & Young for over a decade in various capacities, including Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services and Manager in International Tax. Jason's career began at Deloitte as a Senior Associate. Jason holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Finance from St. Ambrose University.
