Javan Cross

Javan Cross is an experienced professional in recruitment, event planning, and higher education administration. With a background as a Production and Event Planning Assistant for various notable events and organizations, Javan contributed to significant events such as the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts Grand Opening and the LACMA 50th Anniversary Gala. Javan served as an Admissions Recruiter with the Carolina College Advising Corps, focusing on supporting underrepresented students in their college journey. At EY, Javan transitioned from Campus Recruiter to Experienced Recruiter, and currently works as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusiveness Recruiting Consultant. Additionally, Javan held positions at UCLA as Resident Director and Resident Coordinator, managing student affairs and facilitating leadership development. Javan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and African-American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's degree in Student Affairs from UCLA.
