Jay Bhatt

Jay Bhatt is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in audit, management consulting, and deal advisory. Jay's career began at Natvarlal Vepari & Co as an Article Assistant to Audit Manager, where participation in statutory and internal audits for listed clients in various industries was key. Jay then advanced through roles at PwC, starting as a Senior Associate, managing statutory audits for BFSI clients, and later taking on the responsibilities of Assistant Manager and Manager, leading multiple transactions in the financial sector. Following a role as Management Consultant at Choice International Limited, Jay is currently an Executive in Deal Advisory at EY, focusing on high-value deals in hospitality and consumer sectors while delivering detailed due diligence reports. Jay holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Certified Public Accountant credential from the Oregon Board of Accountancy. Additionally, Jay completed a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
