Prior to their tenure at Ernst & Young, they were a consultant at The Advisory Board Company and served as a trade analyst for the U.S. Department of Commerce, focusing on the North American Free Trade Agreement. Jay earned their education at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies from 1988 to 1990.
