Jay Fredrickson

Jay Fredrickson, PMP, is a Management Consulting Executive with extensive experience in driving meaningful transformations within the government and public sector. They served as a Senior Business Strategy Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2014 to 2018, where they managed significant budget initiatives and developed strategic plans for clients. Currently, Jay is an Executive Program Manager and Business Strategist at EY, overseeing complex engagements for the Department of Defense and leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives for over 300 employees. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree with double majors in Finance and Marketing from Seattle University, which they completed in 2005.
