Jay Preston

Jay Preston is the US Partnership Operations Leader at EY, where they focus on operational excellence and comprehensive financial solutions for partners. With 26 years of experience at EY, Jay previously served as the Managing Partner of the Grand Rapids office and the Americas Assurance Transformation Leader, guiding clients in various industries through complex business challenges. They have worked with a diverse client portfolio that includes start-ups and multinational companies, addressing needs related to M&A transactions, equity and debt offerings, and technical accounting issues. Committed to community service, Jay also holds positions as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair of the Grand Rapids Convention & Arena Authority, Treasurer and Board Member of Talent First, and serves on the School Board of Grand Rapids Catholic Central High School. Jay earned a BS in Accounting and Marketing from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
