Prior to this, Jay served as a Manager at Deloitte, managing complex SAP financial implementations for various companies. Jay began their career as an IT Manager at BearingPoint, overseeing IT onboarding and support for over 2,000 consultants. They hold a BE in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in International Business from Georgia State University, along with an Executive Education in Leadership Skills from Yale School of Management.
