Jeff Helm

Jeff Helm is a Partner at EY in the National Tax Partnership Transactions Group, where they advise clients on complex US partnership tax issues throughout the business lifecycle. They have extensive experience in guiding clients through various stages, including formation, operations, and monetization, particularly focusing on initial public offerings utilizing the UP-C structure. Previously, Jeff founded and led EY's tax modeling practice in Mexico, assisting clients with the tax implications of investments in the energy sector. They hold a combined MPA and BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
