Jennifer Allen is a seasoned M&A Tax Director with a background in international tax services. They began their career with internships at TED Conferences and Mr & Mrs Smith before gaining experience as an International Tax Services Intern at EY. Jennifer has held the position of Director - Transactions and is currently a Chartered Accountant with ICAS since 2018.
