Jennifer Lee

Jennifer Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of board matters and assurance services. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Center for Board Matters - Americas at EY since January 2015, Jennifer has played a pivotal role in guiding corporate governance practices. Prior to this, Jennifer spent a decade at BDO USA, LLP, where the position of Assurance Senior Manager was held until January 2015. Academically, Jennifer earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. in Economics & International Area Studies, with a specialization in Accounting and Management, from UCLA.
