Jennifer Leen

Jennifer Leen is the Senior Manager of People Consulting at EY, where they help organizations navigate change through strategic communications and change management. They have extensive experience in change and learning programs, particularly within the energy, utilities, and resources sectors, and have worked on cyber security transformations. Previously, Jennifer held various roles in organizational development, workforce development, and training across several governmental departments in Western Australia. They earned a Bachelor of Musical Arts from The University of Western Australia and later pursued graduate studies in Journalism and Business Leadership at Curtin University.
