Previously, Jennifer served as the Brand, Marketing, and Communications Leader for EY's $7 billion Americas Assurance service line, driving transformational change and managing a team. Their career began as an Organizational Effectiveness consultant, which laid the foundation for their expertise in change management and team building. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys cooking, volunteering, and reading, and cherishes time spent outdoors with their family and beagle, Sumo.
