Jenny Mark has over 30 years of professional experience in talent management, organizational development, and learning and development. At Ernst & Young, from September 2003 to June 2025, Jenny served as Talent Director and held various leadership roles focused on workforce capability, culture, and engagement across Asia-Pacific. Previous roles include Senior Manager in Organisational Development, where initiatives significantly transformed performance culture, and Senior Manager in Learning & Development, responsible for designing impactful learning programs. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at DDI Asia Pacific, recognizing accomplishments in leadership development and performance management, and as a Senior Trainer at NSW Lotteries. Jenny holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and Change from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
