Jens Massmann

Jens Massmann is currently the Leader of EY's Rewards and People Transactions Practice in Germany, advising high-profile clients on executive compensation, including incentive design and sustainability targets. They previously served as a Senior Manager at EY after transitioning from Arthur Andersen, where they held various managerial roles in HR and Reward Consulting. Jens has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and as a university lecturer at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt a. Main. They earned a Ph.D. in Applied Economics, Law and Economics, and Business Administration from the University of Hamburg and were a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University, focusing on nonprofit and corporate finance research.
