Jess Armes

Jess Armes has a diverse background in both catering and taxation. Starting as a waitress at 31 Castlegate Restaurant and Café No. 8 Bistro Ltd, Jess transitioned to an events caterer role at Café No. 8 Catering Ltd and CGC Event Caterers Ltd, serving at various prominent York venues. In June 2022, Jess took on the responsibility of Court Supervisor at St John's College May Ball, leading a team of ten. Following this, Jess worked at EY as an Assistant Tax Advisor before advancing to Senior Tax Advisor until October 2024. Academically, Jess achieved exceptional results in GCSEs at Manor CE Academy, A Levels at Archbishop Holgate's Sixth Form, and graduated with a first-class degree in Law from the University of Cambridge.
