Jesse James Jacob, CPA, CIA, has over eight years of experience in internal audit and compliance. Jacob began a career at Reyes Tacandong & Co. as a Senior Audit Associate from November 2010 to October 2013, a member firm of RSM International. Following this, Jacob served as an Internal Audit Supervisor at Ayre Group from November 2013 to November 2017, previously known as Sterling Group (Calay Holdings Inc.). From January 2018 to February 2022, Jacob advanced to the role of Manager for Internal Audit and SOX, eventually becoming Senior Manager for Internal Audit and SOX at EY. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2010.
