Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith, CPA, PMP, CGFM, CGMA, currently serves as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young since August 2012, with prior experience as an Associate at KPMG from 2009 to July 2012, where auditing was performed in accordance with financial audit standards set by the Government Auditing Standards and the Governmental Accounting Standards Board. Jessica began a career in finance as a Summer Intern at HUD from May 2007 to December 2008, focusing on improving efficiency in collecting loan data, ensuring the accuracy of records, processing transactions, and participating in project planning meetings. Jessica holds a degree in Accounting from Penn State, earned between 2006 and 2010.
