Jesus Valencia has accumulated diverse experience in talent management and recruitment. Beginning as an Asistente de Reclutamiento y Selección at Krowdy, Jesus was responsible for recruitment processes for mass hiring from February to August 2024. Jesus later served as Practicante de Gestión de Talento at Fortuna Mining Corp. from September 2024 to March 2025 and transitioned to Practicante Profesional de Logística at Minera Bateas, a subsidiary of Fortuna Mining Corp., in April 2025.
