Jillian Rupp

Jillian Rupp is currently the Associate Director of Tax Resource Management at EY. They graduated from UNSW in Sydney, Australia with a master's degree in Human Resource Management in July 2015 and have since relocated to Chicago. With over thirteen years of experience in recruiting and management, they have held various positions, including Resource Manager at Signature Consultants and Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems, where they developed expertise in talent acquisition and team leadership. Jillian also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from DePaul University.
