Jillian Twitchell

Jillian Twitchell is the Associate Director and US Ethics & Compliance Investigations Team Lead at EY, where they have been since 2025. Previously, Jillian held various HR roles, including HR Administrator at Collette from 2010 to 2012 and HR Generalist at Enos Home Oxygen & Medical Supply and South Bay Community Services from 2012 to 2018. They also worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at Community Intervention Services from 2018 to 2021 and briefly served as Employee Relations Manager at The MENTOR Network in 2021. Jillian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2011.
