Jim Hsu is currently the Americas Vice Chair - Office of Strategy and Execution at EY, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Jim served as a Senior Managing Director and Americas Leader at EY-Parthenon from 2014 to 2020, and as a Senior Partner at The Parthenon Group, LLC from 1994 to 2014. Jim began their career as an Associate at Corporate Decisions, Inc. from 1989 to 1992. Jim is currently pursuing a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
