Jim Leonard

Jim Leonard is a Senior Manager at EY, bringing extensive experience in actuarial leadership, particularly in reserving for commercial and specialty insurance lines. Previously, Jim held roles at CNA Insurance, including Vice President and Actuary, where they managed a team responsible for over $8 billion in reserves and led international reserving efforts. Earlier positions included Consulting Actuary at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a Director role at Willis Towers Watson. Jim earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Illinois State University and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS).
