Jing Chen is a dedicated undergraduate student at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, pursuing dual degrees in Marketing and Operations Management. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant for two courses, Jing assists with Career and Professional Development and Restaurant Operations Management. Additionally, Jing takes on prominent roles as a Hospitality & Tourism Management Ambassador, Campus Ambassador for EY, and holds leadership positions within the Women of Isenberg Conference and the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality. With prior experience as a Customer Service Representative at Enterprise Holdings, Jing demonstrates a commitment to fostering community, promoting diversity, and supporting peers in both academic and professional settings.
