Jithu Chandran

Jithu Chandran is an accomplished director at EY since February 2016, specializing in generative AI model validation, AI/ML model validation, model risk, and AI governance. With a robust background in risk model validation, Jithu has experience overseeing PPNR and market risk models and previously served as a senior manager and manager in this field. Prior to EY, Jithu worked as a research analyst at Crisil, validating risk models for a top global investment bank, and as an associate at CRISIL Global Research & Analytics, focusing on equity trading strategies. Jithu holds a Master of Science in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a perfect GPA of 4.0, and is a Crisil Certified Analyst. Jithu earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Goa College of Engineering.
