Joanna Haugh has extensive experience in operations management and global mobility, with a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiencies and strategic business planning. Haugh worked at EY from February 2018 to July 2022 as Operations Lead for Tax Global Compliance & Reporting, and currently serves as Director of Operations Management since July 2022. Prior to EY, Haugh held multiple roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, including Global Mobility Manager and Consulting Operations Leader for various units, where significant contributions were made to optimize international assignment processes and expand graduate recruitment programs. Additionally, Haugh's early career included a position as Global Mobility Specialist at Alcatel-Lucent, managing UK expatriates and annual compensation cycles. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Personnel & Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, both from the University of Westminster.
