Joanne Sin

Joanne Sin is a Senior UX Consultant at EY, where they leverage their expertise to enhance user experiences. They previously worked at Domino's as an IT intern, introducing significant upgrades to the Team Member Service Center and conducting quality assurance testing on PeopleSoft HCM. Joanne also served as the National Board Midwestern Governor for alpha Kappa Delta Phi, where they managed and advised multiple chapters. Earlier in their career, they interned at Daniel H Cook Associates, assisting in the integration of a CRM system to improve workflow. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Information from the University of Michigan, completed in 2017.
