Jodi McDonald

Jodi McDonald is an experienced finance and accounting executive with over 20 years in audit and advisory practices, delivering expertise to both early-stage startups and large multinational corporations. They began their career at Ernst & Young LLP, where they spent 13 years as an Assurance Senior Manager, focusing on financial audit engagements and regulatory compliance. Jodi then transitioned to the retail sector as the Director of Financial Reporting at Alex and Ani for two years before rejoining EY in their Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice. Currently a Managing Director at EY, Jodi has a proven track record in SEC reporting and managing complex transactions, consistently driving improvements in operational efficiency within finance and accounting organizations. They hold a BS in Accounting and Finance from Boston College.
