Joe Murray

Joe Murray, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and sustainability across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Transformation and Sustainability Leader at EY since July 2022, Joe previously held roles including Head of Operations Transformation and Sustainability at BJSS and UK Head of Ops Transformation and Sustainable Operations at Capgemini Invent. Prior experience includes positions at Amazon as a Senior Operations Manager and at BT as a Portfolio and Programme Manager within the Cost Transformation Team. Joe's military career at the UK Ministry of Defence involved various leadership, transformation, and governance roles from 2000 to 2016. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Northampton and an Edexcel Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from Stratford Business School, alongside a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University.
