Joe Steger

Joe Steger has extensive experience in transaction advisory services, currently serving as the Partner and Americas Inbound/Outbound Transaction Advisory Services Leader at EY since July 2014. With a strong focus on Japan-based companies investing in the Americas, Steger has also held various roles at EY, including Partner in transaction support, where responsibilities included leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, and Partner responsible for financial audits of major Japanese subsidiaries of U.S. multinational companies. Steger’s career at EY spanned over 37 years, concluding with retirement on June 30, 2019. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
