John Marsh

John Marsh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting within the health and public sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director for Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board and Chair of Surrey Downs Health and Care Partnership since March 2022, John Marsh is also a Partner and Consulting Health Leader at Ernst & Young, with a focus on HR, organizational development, and change management since 2008.
