John-Paul Dotchison, CPA, CA, is an experienced tax professional and finance executive currently serving as Director of Financial Services - Tax within Canadian Wealth & Asset Management at EY. Their career includes significant roles at KPMG Canada as Executive Director of Asset Management, Tax, and as Chief Financial Officer at Mackenzie Investments. Prior to these, John-Paul worked at Ernst & Young, where they held managerial positions, and began their professional journey at Glicksman, Mehl & Reynolds, Chartered Accountants. John-Paul is also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Chartered Accountancy with an Economics option from the University of Waterloo.
