John Sofianidis

John Sofianidis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business and IT consulting. Currently serving as a Director at EY since March 2013, John has previously worked as an Independent Business & IT Advisor focusing on receivables management and digital content for e-learning applications. John advised the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises on process simplification for the Labour Inspection Body, aiming to reduce administrative burdens. Prior to this, John held the position of Senior Manager at PwC from February 2000 to March 2010, where responsibilities included technology-enabled business solutions and coordination of various advisory practices. John began his career as an IT Consultant at Hewlett-Packard and as a Software & Telematics Engineer at ABC Professional Services, contributing significant expertise in high availability environments and software development primarily within the financial sector. John holds an M.Sc. in System Design from Victoria University of Manchester and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from The University of Manchester.
