John Vale

John Vale is a Principal and Global Client Service Partner in EY’s Financial Services Office, specializing in the global insurance sector. With 25 years of experience in personal, commercial, and specialty property and casualty insurance, John has worked with some of the world's largest insurers, delivering transformational initiatives focused on market growth and operational efficiency. Previously, John served as a Partner at Accenture and held roles at IBM Canada Ltd. and the Workers' Compensation Board - Alberta. John is also a Board Member for the North East Division of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation. John earned a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta.
