Jon Hughes

Jon Hughes is the Managing Director at EY and a Business Transformation Competency Leader with over 25 years of experience in enterprise project and portfolio management solutions for U.S. Government clients, particularly in the DoD, Civilian, and National Security sectors. They have a robust background in information technology and project/portfolio management processes, having utilized the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management solution since 2002. Prior to their current role, Jon held various leadership positions, including SVP of Government Services at UMT Consulting Group and VP of the Technology Solutions Group at Robbins-Gioia, where they significantly contributed to organizational growth and revenue. Jon is focused on driving customer satisfaction and value solutions, evidenced by strong team performance ratings. They hold a graduate degree from George Mason University.
